Just checked a friends Travel Pod, he's riding from Cape Town to Kitzbuhel Austria. Got a puncture in Botswana, had to fix it in 42 deg heat

Have been walking the hills out the back, legs needed a good stretch due to over training at the gym. Views of the coastline are stunning.
Just got hme frm UK Intensive. Meet some great people and learned so much. 28 hrs in a plane was the only downside but a small price to pay.
Just got to London, what a temp shock. Beer tastes the same :) just dont do the currency conversion. NZD not good.
Just doing last minute travel prep before flying to London for the UK Intensive, hosted by Ken McCarthy. Really looking forward this event.
Still thawing out, from what started as a pleasant day for visiting friends and a bike ride.

The annual Tour of the Bay, a charity fun ride was held today. I completed the 50km loop on my mountain bike - not recommened, but was fun

Now recovered from a 6 hour cross country event I did last weekend.
At least I got 2.5 hrs of mtb riding in. Feel much better for the fresh air
Lets just fast forward to the day I stop exhanging my time for $$$.
Just finished a cool mtb ride. Time 4 a hot shower and nice cool drink
Just sold my Monster (Ducati that is). It is now sharing a home with a beautiful 1098
My gym trainer is satans sister! Hope I can ride this weekend.
