Yep. You can pretty much guarantee that if something even vaguely dangerous isn't against the law, someone will get around to trying it. (My favorite "Why?" is the Seattle regulation against 6' long concealed weapons, because seriously. How /do/ you conceal a 6' long weapon, if they're not talking collapsible?)

I do wonder why San Francisco decided to ban wiping a car with old underwear, though. It seems like a good idea to me.
