Must use AA batteries. An SD card slot. Wide angle 28mm lens. Built-in lens cover, so I don't have to fumble with putting the thing in a case. A very good microphone, and I mean orders of magnitude better than what they put on these things now. They have very small digital audio recorders that have amazing mics, so they can manage one on a pocket camcorder too. Don't care about optical zoom or true HD, 720P is good enough for in your pocket. - Gregg H.
