@rootwyrm @wcpreston some SSDs in 99 era that were RAM based had battery backup + HDD, some with multiple HDDs mirrored for persistency
@rootwyrm @wcpreston late 90s, manny and crew over at Imperial made some wicked fast ram based SSDs, solid data was in game, tms and others
