Good post... even more interesting comments on the effectiveness of social media for a brand. The most interesting point for me was that perhaps companies need to put their employees out front rather than themselves. This is person-to-person marketing and works better in the social media world. Let your audience "talk you up". Don't be "in their face" with your brand. ...and listen well.
