Ouais. Mais ils annoncent l'interfaçage avec twitter "and many other services". Supposons qu'on ne s'en serve que pour les sons et les images, ça pourrait le faire. D'autant que Louis Gray a l'air de dire que la qualité sonore est meilleure que l'appli native. Si ça remplace habilement le magnétophone et evernote, pourquoi pas. J'adore evernote, mais l'appli Iphone est buggée à mort.

Evernote, c'est bien, mais les notes audio sont de piètre qualité et l'app pour iPhone est plutôt buggée. L'app iPhone de Cinch marche très biens, et est très ergonomique. It's actually all so called TV news outlets. Internet is a better source of news. To be fair though, sometimes, on duty journalists/editors do not have the last say in what's covered as 'news'. Simple politics and ratings. I usually tune in to UK TV channels than I do US for news, that too very rarely. Sad but true.

My last thought on this, no matter what happens, US definitely needs to stay out. It's Iran's internal matter just as 2004 re-election of Bush was our internal matter. As shocking as it was to the rest of the world (I still struggle with the fact ppl I know actually voted for him - twice!!), US did vote for Bush the second time.

the citizen journalism tells the story in a way noone else could. you are right there in the middle of the crowd with all the changes of pace and direction, the shaky camera itself tells a story and the sounds. it is like actually being there--that is why the twitter and youtube coverage is the real coverage--they don't have to process, package and add a local angle to it that waters down the effect

I have always viewed Swisher and Mossberg as observers from the outside who judge without joining and expect to be heard as credible voices. Just tested it in Ubuntu. Awed! Way better than greasemonkey. More powerful than Yubnub. Better user experience than AlchemyPoint. And the documentation is witty too. Kudos to the good people of Ubiquity. This one promises a lot. It surely rocks in my world! That's why I like to follow Scoble. Don't know him, and probably never will, but it's less likely that I'll lose the next big thing ;) Thank you friendfeed community!

Too bad it isn't fully supported on Linux. I wonder why they don't use Firefox functionality to display the notifications, so it could be completely cross-platform.
