Frak. It's hard not to be afraid when they announce a 17% layoff within 5 months. Not the best thing for morale...
@The_HengeKeeper I'm in L.A. so the heater is not that big an issue. And so far, not affected by layoffs. But still... running a bit scared
@chrisbrogan Nope. Same here. SUpposedly fixed w/ 3.0.2. For me, it just got marginally better.
What a day. Giant layoffs, heater is broken ($3100 to replace???). Can I just go back to bed?
@The_HengeKeeper At least we caught the heater - it was blowing out increasing amounts of carbon monoxide.

I am totally amazed that people see EA's layoff and the PlayFish acquisition as contradicting. At least to me, the two are clearly related..
@nuclearfossil I think it's a complete shift away from AAA titles. Which - IMHO - are a dying breed
