Theme for BurningMan 2010 is Metropolis. Even so 90% of the attendees think the theme is Mad Max every year and dress accordingly

I've worked with someone who thought his code was the shit year later. It was shit alright. ;)
@bellware after what we did there, I'm surprised they'll let us back!
@bellware I'm starting one too and only charging $1100. sorry buddy.
Tsk @bellware you poor naive soul. You think better "quality" matters in this competition? I'll undercut you in price and over promise.;p
@bellware only we're joking... Or were they joking as well? Hmmm... ;)
@laribee yes, but I'm sure Samwise and Frodo are just friends despite appearances.
@bradwilson ah, the same conference Hao attends all the time.
@laribee too much lotr? Blasphemy!
@bradwilson Vegas? Is there a conference coming up? ;)
I just save myself the trouble of future misperception by laughing at the guy in the mirror today for being such an incompetent boob.
Take a look in the mirror. The competent person you see today, you'll think is incompetent next year when you read his/her code.
It's funny the things that just pop in your head. Feel like reading the LOTR parody Bored Of the Rings again http://www.amazon.com/gp...
@shanselman especially with you peeking in the window ;)
Making a Rooibos Chai. A nice follow up for a long cold walk :)
Wishing I had some web/graphic design skills to call my own.
@alpascual yes it is! At the commons. It was a very cold game this morning.

@ChrisJOwen funny you should ask, I sent an email suggesting that to the .LESS mailing list.
@vcsjones rip out your heart? How so?
In VS10, you can use project variables such as $(ProjectDir) when referencing an assembly. See example at bottom of http://haacked.com/archive...
Updated my T4CSS post with a sample that works for VS10 http://haacked.com/archive...
Last tweet should say, when referencing an assembly in a t4 file.
@AnthonySteele the next version of Subtext hopefully before the end of the year. It's not fully ported to MVC. Non-UI portions are.
"While I dislike java as a language, at least it had a purpose behind it, and it was at least modeled after a good language (C++)."
Perf improvements I've been working on make the next version of Subtext almost 3x faster (reqs/sec) than the last. :)
That last bit was an odd comment on my blog.
