@kim Thx! I just took advantage of a tool that Case offered - I used the blog system for many things from the Case News Ctr to my blog.

@kim http://planet.case.edu/ shows all the most recent posts - and you'll see the blogs can be customized in many ways
@kim Movable Type also has an open source multi-blog option. http://blog.case.edu uses an older version of it. I found it quite useful.

@johnheaney hah, sounds like you guys are having the convo we had that day at lunch - biz still worried about negativity for wrong reasons.
@johnheaney I keep hearing it too - they keep conflating people's abil. to talk w/ business's sm participation - when people can talk anyway
@johnheaney exactly, if they won't listen, they won't know what to say - just like talking to people one person at a time.
@johnheaney On the other hand, I am seeing more and more people starting to get it, just not enough.
@thebrandbuilder Good point, the worries biz applies to SM can just as easily be applied to older media - they're just used to those now.
