@JeffreyGifford exactly, calling themselves designers - pht! - I think the main concern with .png was transparency in older versions of IE.
@DonnaMMiller I unheart cleaning too. Good luck!
@JeffreyGifford pasting it into photoshop, saving as a .png and posting the image instead of text - very bad accessibility & SEO.
@JeffreyGifford No, my problem with the site's .png was that they were using it to display text. i.e. imagine writing a paragraph, then
@DonnaMMiller Good question. Northern Exposure was good. Also St. Elswehere, Twin Peaks, not sure I could pick 3 in particular
@collisionbend @DonnaMMiller I'm heading out shortly to sit under a certain sycamore tree in Univ.Cir. if either of you would care to join
@brhubart That's too bad, perhaps you can try again after it gets a few more updates.

@brhubart What problems were you having with FF 3.5? Once I upgraded my add-ons it worked out pretty well for me.
@aaronrester good answer. people make the most astounding choices, rather like pounding nails with a stale pickle instead of a hammer.
@darby3 I know, I was astounded. Every page was like that, and each had a new and annoying song. Me thinks that is also a copyright prob.
Oh noes. Just saw a site from a design firm that produced it's welcome copy as a .png instead of text - and the page autoplays music. why??
@aaronrester scary, wonder what happens to the angels when someone tries to save a Word document as html. (shudder)
@ariherzog cool, thanks for the info. Look forward to hearing how you like it.
@lexirodrigo I hear about it on occassion, just not quite sure how I managed it. Coincided with when I updated Tweetdeck. Odd.
@ChrisWiegman huh, that's strange as well. I wonder what's up with that.

Has anyone else recently unfollowed someone by accident? Just heard from a fellow that I'd unfollowed him, but I didn't try to. Odd.

@ariherzog I also found some really out of date stuff (of mine) when doing some test searches on Bing. Not sure it has priorities in a row.

@KimSherrell glad you liked it, I'm still trying to reach my 1 post per week goal. (been saying that for years though ;-)
