@aerten Protecting? I'd like to think so. Probably, though, scardy-dog thinks I'd never endanger the baby, so that must be the safest place

Thankful I don't have to leave the house today. Snow and wind and all-around wintery crud happening outside.
Why is it that my scardy-dog Thor is afraid of a simple cellphone beep, but will sleep under the baby's swing with it brushing his head?

Falling snow isn't deterring wildlife. Counted 7 squirrels foraging in trees in back yard. And 4 red cardinals. Too dreary for pics, though.

Usually it's the dogs hitting the screen door. Tonight it was the husband. He pierced it with a grilling fork. The screen hit back.
