I'm finally giving up on editing that old presentation until I can dig my backup drive out of storage for the original file #ArchivingFail
@spbollin It's not just design. Is it wrong of me to think that librarians should be better at organizing information on their own websites?
@ranti that's a saying I never heard before. It's a good one too, may need to remember that.
@bezanson I had that problem when I attended #asist too! Hold your ground! Resist any temptations!
@kgs that is an excellent idea! I'll think about that. :)
@TeddyRCacher not yet... will be heading to the US for Christmas, probably back to the UK in January. We'll see though :)
@kgs and some are just really unattractive.
Why do most library websites have such depressingly horrible designs?
Coffee shop closing soon :( time to leave... sad.
Ok library Twitterverse, I'm redoing screenshot in a preso that's old. Looking for a good library book club blog, platform doesn't matter.
@kgs guess you could say that. most seem to overload the homepage with too much info, but actually found one inaccessible with little info.
*sigh* found an "online book club" where nobody comments on the selections. might as well just call it a reader's advisory blog instead.

@lnfinder Where I am right now... in the UK. Missing Thanksgiving dinner too :(
@OceanGal ineresting to see that comparison. I don't think I'm in favor of a penalty, that just seems counter-productive. Very strange.
@OceanGal yeah, with an anti-abortion amendment thanks to the republicans... either way it still has a long way to go.
@OceanGal I just get really frustrated with politics, especially partisan politics. It's a wonder things ever get done in governments.
Sick of Technorati, searches have become useless because of their site updates... useless crap is clogging my feed.
@timjennion looks like they're mac apps that also have iphone apps... or something.
Sam's Club is rumored to have an Acer Aspire netbook on sale for $197 on Black Friday. Not sure why I care tho, won't be in the US for BF...
Feeling weak, unmotivated, bored. Sunday not going well.
Downloaded a MacHeist bundle, they're giving away free iPhone apps... guess there is a first time for everything: http://www.macheist.com
Oh well, read that all wrong... too early, coffee weak, no food.
Found food... heated up some rice and leftover Chinese. Will sustain me until I have to hunt and gather for dinner.

May be just a rumor, but I do some some cool possibilities with RFID on the phone. Also maybe some privacy concerns though too. - Heidi Blanton
