We would need to review a serious business case for this project to move forward. The information that we have read, albeit minor about the project, doesn't support the long term impacts to the corner at 6th and Evergreen. Not only would it block sunlight it would a significant impact to the businesses on the corners and down the block among many other potential negative impacts. We don't see the value in the project and there are better uses of money (private or public) that would have a significant positive impact to all of downtown Redmond.
