iPhone ve iPod touch'ta hangi oyunları oynuyorsunuz?
imaj032.jpg
games1.jpg
taptap revenge, papertoss, i dig it, scramble2, solo test, typedefense, monkey island - Onur Cengiz
asphalt4, lanbyrinth, air hockey - Mehmet Fatih YILDIZ
tower bloxx, tangram - Deniz AKIN
Racing Thunder (grafiklerini başarılı bulduğum bir yarış oyunu), Moto Chaser (keyifli bir motosiklet yarış oyunu), GTS World Racing (kontrolü zor biraz ama denemek isteyebilirsiniz, bu da yarış), Tetris (bildiğin tetris), Asphalt 4 (grafikler fena değil, NFS'den alışık olduğumuz "nos" dahi düşünülmüş), Blocks Touch (zıplayan top ile blokları kırıyorsunuz, sürükleyici), Kroll (bilgisayar... more... - Numan Arda Çebi
moxie, papijump.. - Yasemin Ezberci
Need for Speed Undercover: Bunu oynayıp oynamadığımı net hatırlamıyorum ama videosunu izleyip hakkında yazı yazmıştım blogumda, bakın buna.
air hockey - F. Batuhan Icoz
ve en baba oyun: F.A.S.T. - F. Batuhan Icoz
iShoot - F. Batuhan Icoz
Tabi ki :) - Can - blogcan.org
Warerslide! 7. Stage i gecebilene askolsun. - Duygu Eroglu from iPhone
bu ara run! - ercan
NFS undercover, fast and furious oynadım. pocket god deniyorum ama pek zevk alamadım. alone at war, xeno wars. tap tap revenge sardıydı bi aralar. - Veysel Keleş
NFSU, Monkey Island, Asphalt 4, Assasin's Creed (süper grafikler), Hero of Sparta (grafikler iyi ama Assasin's Creed her açıdan daha iyi), iFighter (süper bi uçak simülasyonu ama daha fazla bölüm olmalı), Siberian Strike (ben iFighter'ı daha çok sevdim), Fifa 10, Real Tennis, King.. Jailbreak ve Appulo.us sağolsun - Direnç Işık
Haa bi' de Worms (efsane oyun ama ufak ekranda oynaması biraz zor), Gangstar (GTA gibi), Blades of Fury (çok iyi grafikler), International Athletics (parmak aşındırıcı), Ronnie (Snooker oyunu), Terminator (1 gün oynadım, ısınamadım), Sudoku - Direnç Işık
Bunu ayri post yapiyorum: Frenzic. - Onur B.
Peggle, Bejeweled 2, Monospace (super uzaysal dusunme puzzle oyunu), Wolfenstein 3D, Dropship, Zen Bound, Worms, Electrogravitron, iTabu (iPhone icin bildiginiz Tabu, ama kelime sayisi az biraz). - Onur B.
Oo, çok iyi. Oyun dolmuş burası, süpersiniz. Bakacağım hepsine. :) - Numan Arda Çebi
crash kart, fleck, cro-mag rally - Ëzgi ʚ
Cro-mag Rally de güzele benziyor. Flat Out 2'nin taş devri versiyonu.
imafia (manyaklar gibi oynuyorum), farmfrenzy, the creeps, pocket god (guncellee geldıkce), bejeweled 2, gas tycoon - gunes ozturk yilmaz

These individuals (so far) are all going to be on a list I'm creating for Twitter. Can you name who they are by just their icons?
Screen shot 2009-11-03 at 2.41.27 AM.png
yes - Rhys Amos
I can, I think I follow most of them myself - Mo Kargas
I bet you don't follow all of them - there's a good variety of them on there - not all of them "social media experts". - Jesse Stay
Not all of them, no. When you make that list, I'll follow it :) - Mo Kargas
Is this the new recommended user list? Would be great with a larger variety, not everyone is on Twitter to check up on celebrities and Social media "experts" - Asgeir
I can name at least 60% of these by sight. - Robert Scoble
You have Kawasaki and you don't have ME?? What's wrong with you Jesse? :P - Jorge Escobar
A few, but definitely not all (especially the one that's got the default Twitter avatar). - Curtiss Grymala
I can name about 10-15. It made me realize that I know more people by their twitter id than their real names. - James Williams
I know about 17 of them. - Jason Williams
I was lying. - Rhys Amos

"by next Fall, the features Google is looking to incorporate in Apps over the coming year had better be live. It also means that schools with Microsoft infrastructures should be thinking what cheaper cloud offerings out of Redmond can do to reduce costs and save energy, while still leveraging new and improved Live@Edu features for their portal and collaboration needs. Finally, it means that schools will need to decide if Google Apps, for the low, low price of free meets their needs (which starts looking more likely as Google builds on its messaging success and improves on Docs) or if the extra power, control, and flexibility of a full Microsoft cascade is worth the investment." - LANjackal from Bookmarklet

"I like Robert Scoble.  I really do.  But, like my 8-year old, if I don't watch him like a hawk he gets distracted and starts doing all kinds of crazy s***.  Like pooping all over Google Reader, which is really a stand-in for RSS readers in general.  I know he doesn't really mean it.  It's like the time my 8-year old announced that she was giving up Skittles.  It was a radical thought.  There was logic to it.  Shoot, it made me proud. But it wasn't real." - Louis Gray from Bookmarklet
Actually I do really mean it. Google Reader is useless to me. It takes MORE THAN A MINUTE TO START UP on my account. Totally useless. - Robert Scoble
They just pushed a new build that should help with big accounts last night. Try again. :) - Louis Gray
I just timed it. 25.7 seconds to start up my account. Totally useless. Still. - Robert Scoble
Robert & Louis: Is Robert's experience likely to be relevant to more than a tiny minority of 'normal' users? I'm guessing the reason it takes 26 seconds to start up is that there's an avalanche of data there? - Jim Connolly
Jim: right. But I remember the days when I was made fun of for having 1,000 followers on Twitter. Now a LOT of people have 1,000 followers. I only have 1,500 friends on Google Reader and it takes 26 seconds to start up now. Useless. - Robert Scoble
Jim, it takes about half that time for me. 10 to 15 seconds. Longer than, say, FriendFeed, but not interminable. I see that it can get bogged down every once in a while when I have more than 300 new items. I never see 1000+. I am only following 894 people, and hide many shared items lists, so I am not such a drain on GR as Robert is. Also, even if Robert and I disagree at times, I always like his trying new things. If he doesn't, who will? - Louis Gray
Louis - Robert: Good points. I think it shows how insanely well developed Friendfeed is. - Jim Connolly
"The greatest myth in the history of the internet is that Twitter is the place to get news." - Co-sign. - Andrew C
I like google reader, but with FriendFeed and now Facebook, I'm getting everything shared from other networks. I think the days of the RSS reader are just going away. Nothing bad on Google Reader, it's just an older way of tracking news. I used to go in every day, in the last 6 months it's spanned to once every few weeks. And I don't feel less informed. - anna sauce
I find that I get most tech stuff fine through FriendFeed, but none of my other networks are good at getting me stuff on film. The big news blogs are on Twitter and I could get them there, but a TON of the best small film blogs aren't on Twitter, so the only way to get them is via RSS. Plus I miss so much on Twitter because I can really only check these things sporadically every few... more... - Jandy, ConcertMaven of FF
Jandy: you have a good point there. Geeks are generally two to three years ahead of the rest of the world. So, it will be interesting to see what your behavior does in two years. - Robert Scoble

Sex Pistols threaten ice-cream firm over 'God Save the Cream' strapline |
				Media |
				guardian.co.uk
"The Sex Pistols are threatening legal action against a boutique ice-cream maker for using the advertising strapline "God Save the Cream" and images of a version of the band's famous album sleeve featuring the Queen on a union flag background. Icecreamists, the company behind the ad campaign, describes itself as a "subversive ice-cream brand" and is running a concession within the Selfridges storefront on Oxford Street, central London, until November. One of Icecreamists' products is an ice-cream cocktail called the Sex Pistol, which comes with a shot of absinthe. The company launched its "guerilla ice-cream installation" in Selfridges in September and also uses the phrase "God Save the Cream" in advertising online, on a Facebook profile and the official company website, and in an ad campaign at the Oxford Street department store. The company also uses a guitar instrumental featuring parts of the national anthem. Promotional material by Selfridges describes the company as "More Sid & Nancy than Ben & Jerry"." - RAPatton from Bookmarklet

What's your pick and why? - Berk D. Demir
What a question! I'm using Disqus and can't do an honest appraisal because I haven't tried the others. I too would love to hear some comparisons from those who have tried the different options. - Kenley Neufeld
I haven't closely compared feature sets, but I'd go with Disqus just because it seems to be everywhere. A potential commenter is likely to have a Disqus account already. - Bruce Lewis
I would say go w/ IntenseDebate (owned by Wordpress) or Disqus. IntenseDebate has OpenID support, Disqus does not. Disqus can do ratings if integrated w/ Outbrain.com. Whichever you use, make sure to tap into the API so you have your own copy of all the comments. - Daniel Sims
Disqus. Hands down. - Rahsheen ™, Coach Rah
Disqus - Calon
frustrating when no one explains why isn't it Berk - Zee.
Using ID for my Blogger site and Disqus for my Tumblr site. Too bad LiveJournal won't let you use 3rd-party commenting systems and you have to pay to use TypePad, otherwise I could try one of the others. - Ron Bailey
OK. Actually no one is talking about their particular reasons. Let me ease your burden. Here are some comparative parameters. 1) Availability 2) Performance 3) Manageability 4) Customizability 5) Authentication Sources 6) Niche Features 7) Userbase and marketshare 8) Trust to the backing org/co. 9) Others? - Berk D. Demir
And what do you do if the service you pick goes belly-up and takes all your comments with it? I have been there before. Anybody remember Enetation? I had a paid account and still lost all my comments. - April Russo (app103)
I like Disqus because of rated comments, video comments, and easy comment moderation. - Sweyn Venderbush
If I had to pick it would be Disqus. It works well in my WP site. It some lots of nice features and the new "social comments" feature being testes on Mashable looks amazing. - Kol Tregaskes
Avoid Intense Debate. When their back end goes down - so will your site. Ours went down at least three times before figuring out it was not our host but ID. They also brought down a number of other sites and Intense Debate hasn't much to say about it. We're in the process of switching to Disqus as that seems to be the most widely used. - Wayne Schulz
I am already using Disqus and I like it a lot. Also check social media contents on Mashable which they plan to make it available to all users. - ropiku
Disqus lets you leave anonymous comments, if I remember correctly. - Tyson Key
I've said it about a million times before, Disqus rocks, but what I'm missing from it is the support for trackbacks. Afaik, that's a limitation that intense debate also has. - Vincent van Wylick
After reading all inputs here (and I also recommend http://themindstorms.wordpress.com/2009... ), I chose js-kit because of (1) comment syncing (@april ruso: if they go belly up, I've got a local backup) (2) the ability to be an anonymous-yet-accountable "troll" (i.e. no-questions-asked openid login) , (3) good enough localization and skinning capability for a Hebrew (direction:rtl) site. Hope this information is helpful - ĎÚβĨŐÚŚ Dod
Disqus because it's very easy to manage, spam count is low, plenty of features, great UI design, Facebook connect integration. What more do you need in a comment system? - Corvida
I guess the ability to be a troll is high up there? Doesn't Disqus do rtl? - Rahsheen ™, Coach Rah
I have only use Disqus, so I say and stick on that - Kristian Salonen
Intense Debate is pretty good from my perspective as an end-user, although I haven't tried to enable it for any of the sites I run. - Tyson Key
@rasheem "ablility to be a troll" is a basic human right. I don't want to have a blog where only people "who have nothing to hide" can comment, because they only have boring stuff to say. As for rtl - I've seen an *almost* working Hebrew disqus implementation at http://holesinthenet.co.il but me and da misus have managed to make js-kit much more Hebrew than that pretty fast: http://imagebin.ca/view... - ĎÚβĨŐÚŚ Dod
It would be nice to hear about these alternatives from the point of view of the end user. It is all very well having a system that makes your life as an author/admin easier but if readers/commenters hate it, it's a no go for me. - Bill Glover
Thanks for the recs, guys. Berk - I'm from Disqus. We're very responsive and will help you every step of the way if you have more questions. - Daniel Ha
From an end user's point of view...a commenter on a blog: I had my first experience with Intense Debate the other day and found it quite annoying. I had a hard time editing spelling mistakes when I re-read my comment before posting. I could not relocate the cursor within the comment box. I had to select all to copy & paste to notepad, then delete everything in the box and copy the... more... - April Russo (app103)
@ Daniel - sorry to pick on you in an FF thread - but I recently switched my (hosted) Wordpress blog to Disqus. I like the (promised) features of the app a lot - but ... I have four fairly major issues with it (Facebook Connect doesn't work, no ability to moderate trackbacks, comment counts don't show up on posts etc.) and have four unanswered support queries open in your forums, the oldest is 9 days old. Have had to resort to a Twitter callout to get any response at all lately ... - Patrick Jordan
Oh, and here's my 'compilation' thread, detailing four isssues, and linking to oldest support forum queries on them etc: http://disqus.disqus.com/many_is... - Patrick Jordan
Thanks for all responses. I made my decision after testing all of them. From worst to best. TypePad's performance is at rock bottom. It's availability in 5 days span was below 85%. IntenseDebate has serious latency problems which confuses the commenter but JS load time was fast. JS-Kit is pretty promising. SezWho acquisition is still fresh thus it still has some rough edges with CSS customization and OpenID... And the winner is ...(drums)... Disqus! - Berk D. Demir
Disqus's availability was 99.82%. Load time was best among all. Widgets are cool. Management site is clear and responsive. I've tested comment importing and wrote an API consumer with App Engine in minutes. API response time is not great but very sufficient... Only negative thing about Disqus was its incomplete wiki. I hope it'll be populated soon. - Berk D. Demir
I went with Disqus because the feedback their service receive is almost 98 % positive. - SkyKid
everyone loves disqus... and so do i - Peter Efland
Disqus! - Nate Pilling
Try this with Disqus: Create a private post. Now go to your Disqus community page. Last time I used the system - a few weeks back - it was loading my private posts into the community page. There's also no synch on the post titles, so if you change the title in WP, it still keeps the old title on your community page. And probably old content too. Instant deactivation. - Marlin Forbes
IntenseDebate: performance is abysmal, JS files are loaded on EVERY page (even where not needed, like most of the admin panel). Support has known about it for at least 7 months. They do not seem to be coping. Unless you're on a fast line on the backbone in the States, this one will bring your site to its knees. - Marlin Forbes

Is it better than Feedly? - Keith Bennett
@Keith: Define "better". If you're looking for Google Reader integration/sync or sharing features, it's not for you. But the UI is great and it has more options than you can shake a stick at. Also, because it's local as opposed to rendering in the browser as Feedly does, it's a LOT faster. Selective auto-refreshing of feeds is a nice touch too. I still use Google Reader, but only as an aggregator to build a metafeed of ALL the newsfeeds I follow, which I then read in another client. - LANjackal
Fair point mate, how do you define better? In my case, better would be the integration/sync with reader, so when I'm not at my laptop, I can continue reading on my iphone. Reading what you've said, doesn't look like it. But, I will check it out and have a play. Thanks for the reply. - Keith Bennett

Johnny - i've been in contact with Ben on the FF team and they're aware that FF users would like to be able to hide or search by API services (like ours, Likaholix, blip.fm, etc.). If enough people request it, then perhaps they'll consider adding Flickchart as a native supported service. Thanks for the comment! - Nathan Chase

Improving your digital images has never been so easy. Just load them into Jade, click the enhance button and save the result. Jade uses state of the art algorithms to enhance image colors, contrast and dynamics, while preserving the overall quality of your images. Then, if you’d like, you may adjust the algorithm output by fine-tuning a variety of parameters including intensity, contrast and color correction. - Jeroen

It even let's you send updates to Twitter: "To tweet using QSB first set up your Twitter account (as documented above). Once that is setup you are ready to tweet. To actually tweet, you need to know the secret of creating a text item in QSB. Text items are things that start with a space (i.e. hit the space bar and then start typing). So to tweet you must activate the QSB, hit the space... more... - Peter van Teeseling

@Adarm, that's a good reason to follow this one, should be interesting to see how it'll eveolve, it has to go some way before replacing QS, although it does feel great, wonder if they'll let plug-ins to be developed - Naor Mark
yup, +1 Naor - Zee.
This looks interesting. I never really got into Quicksilver, I'll give this a try instead. - DGentry
