Of course I am biased since I know enough of the authors, but it's a very well edited book. If you are expecting great depth on topics, code examples etc, this is not the one. If you want to find out what problems people try to solve and how they come to decisions, where data works and where it doesn't, it's the book for you. Highly recommended

I am extremely jealous actually. I'm assuming my copy is sitting on my desk at work - which I won't get to until Monday and everyone else has had their copy for weeks! Many of the chapters are also available online under CC-BY but if you want to get the whole lot I would obviously recommend the book in either physical or online form.
