I hope it's okay that I shop around to everyone's bread blogs for ideas. I never know if it's better to disclose the original source or to just not cite the inspiration at all. I ask, because since I'm a beginner in bread baking, I don't want my attempt at a particular formula to come out so badly that it reflects on the original baker. I don't know.
