white medium cheddar, vintage white extra sharp cheddar, two bags of shredded mac and cheese blend, a bag of cheese sticks, a container of crumbled feta, a container of ricotta, a bag of shredded mozzarella. um. i may have a problem.

the rest of the inventory: grated parm, a block of parmigiano reggiano, some monterey jack, more shredded medium cheddar, and some pre-sliced medium cheddar. and this is all 90% Tillamook cheese. :D
