Finished the 20K Trail run in 1:59 minutes. Wow, lot of fricken hills, rocks & oh that stupid tree root at Black Hawk Ridge Trail.
Just ran 11 miles with my wife... Ready to eat a BIG chix meal at my parent's cafe, Holvy's Cafe in Hillsboro, WI (Sundays r great!)
