Hawaii has same limitations under Prime, this is not about PR. Why not focus on WHY we can't receive electronics and household goods?
Amazon only claims to offer Free Super Saver shopping to Puerto Rico when you get Prime, as opposed to 2nd day like in 48 states.
For the record, I'm an Amazon Prime subscriber. 3 out of 3 shipments have made it here in 2 days. Amazon says 1 week to avoid fines.
