How about FriendFeed. Is that blocked? One could use it to push out tweets too.

I'd imagine if friendfeed.com is blocked then the api would still be open, not sure tbh

Friendfeed is still open. Tweet Deck a no go. ff is 3rd party so connection is outside of gfw
