The cloud needs local 1st & 3rd party apps, to sync with, eg Evernote, Tweetdeck, Outlook, Notes, iTunes, Thunderbird etc

2nd go with o2 cust serv & a fix for visual voicemail problem! Reset network settings (only). Then dial 901 to ensure vmail ok... and viola!
