@BioLayne @_fitto_ Absolutely agreed.
@_fitto_ From what I've seen @BioLayne 's approach would be as solid as any to "overtrain" for growth. Volume is your friend.
@_fitto_ There are ways to make frequency work for growth, and Broz's system can make you "harden up" but may be better ways for BBing

@scottiefischer Nah. The weight loss was done on a dedicated leaning-out phase. Daily maxing came in later.
@jsvars 3RM should be better for DL. Figure anything < 3 means drop weight, anything > 4 means increase. #APRE
