Cooking for a (former) vegetarian has made me much more creative in the kitchen. This is sauteed green beans and corn from the cob with cumin and sundried tomato pesto. Thin-sliced Cabot extra-sharp cheddar and diced tomato on top. Grind some pepper and squirt a lemon slice over it all. - http://innonate.tumblr.com/post...
