The funny thing is, the individual mandate that Republicans rail against when it comes to Obamacare is bullshit. The provision itself was proposed and added into the legislation by Republican Orin Hatch. Republicans were the originators of this idea which dates back to the Nixon Administration. So for 35 years Republicans supported individual mandates until you know who decided he like the idea too lol! - Valerie
