Spent the entire morning cooking and packaging my 6 meals for the day. Eating 6 sm meals every 3 hrs 2 boost my metabolism.

Interesting article Todd. I think I'll try to find more evidence to support his thoughts. I've mostly been reading Oxygen magazine as well as Clean Eating magazine. They all seem to support the euro-style way of eating.

I don't remember people eating that way in Europe. It was mostly about eating less and better. Is that really the standard?

Unplugged, no DSL the last few days. Utter Hell! Cleaned my flat, got satellite, put pictures into frames and gave Milhouse a bath.

My net is not working too well either, well the wireless signal is dying frequently. :-( Hope Milhouse is nice and clean now. :-)
