I like Secunia for the most part, but it nags me about some programs that I can't really do anything about myself.

Pretty much anything that needs updating through the Windows Update system (borked on my laptop). It often tells me Google programs are out of date when the programs tell me that they are up to date. Java always seems to have an update scheduled (which counts against the security score).
