@CAMURPHY thanks for the @isntv #followfriday shout outs, and for being a great fan! :-)
@ravenme I think followcost.com will do what you seek. And it's integrated with Birdfeed on iPhone. :-)
Well, crap. The Upperblip uploader for @bliptv on the Mac seems to have broken. Caused by the recent Java update?
@Jerry_Makare What is that, your Christmas Wish List? Or packing reminders for SIGGRAPH? ;-)
I am on the horns of a dillemma. My stomach and I are in Beaverton. @Whiffies and their fried pies are on 12th and Hawthorne. What to do…
Remember runpee.com, that site that tells you when to take a pee break at the movies? It's an iPhone app now. I totally just bought it. :-)
Woo hoo! Club Nintendo Elite Status! I wonder what the little prize will be? Hope it's as cool as some of the stuff they've done in Japan.
@edmistond I just open the App Store on my iPhone and go to Updates. I get excited when a little red circle with a number appears! :-)
Signs you are an addict: You see "All Apps Are Up to Date" multiple times per day, and it makes you sad. :-)
There's a missing product - http://www.scripting.com/stories...
I accomplish this with a folder named "--ShortList" in my feed reader (the "--" makes it appear at the top of an alphabetical list). In it, I place the feeds that I never want to miss. Stuff that I always want to read. People who I want to stay in close contact with. The stuff I read first thing in the morning. It's worked very well for years, but I can see what Dave's saying about needing a more formal structure for something like this. - Josh Bancroft
@jschultz I wasn't quick enough on the draw with my iPhone to capture video/pics of the Mt Dew Vesuvius, but it was impressive. :-)
@canine @harrisja Mt Dew "geek teeth" is on my list of ways I don't take very good care of myself, but it's pretty far down there... :-)
@harrisja Thanks, Mom! ;-)
Oh, man! The little holder ring just broke off my beverage container, and it dropped to the floor, spewing Mt Dew everywhere. Oops. :-(
@turoczy I am SO buying some of those! Do they come in orange? ;-)

Feeding cracker crumbs to @rachelbancroft's chickens. They're pretty much full size now. And hilarious. And stinky. :-)
I didn't know Delicious Library had an iPhone app. It's sweet. Glad they sponsored @gruber's Daring Fireball feed, or I would have missed it

I'm happy that Firefox 3.5 is out today, but I've been running the beta for so long that all the new features have lost their novelty. :-)
What else can fail today? Come on world, get it ALL out of your system now, so I can get on with doing my job. Let's have it. Now. :-)

KathySierra: @jabancroft "A well crafted piece of software is a joy to use...Design is not how it looks, but how it works" ...and how it makes *you* look - http://twitter.com/KathySi...
MG Siegler has a nice writeup about Birdfeed on TechCrunch that echoes my thoughts nicely: http://www.techcrunch.com/2009...
A well crafted piece of software is a joy to use. It goes beyond functional and useful. Design is not how it looks, but how it works.
@jkwatson It's worth $5 if you appreciate fine, well crafted software. If you don't care, use Tweetdeck (which is good and free).
OK, wow. I'm liking Birdfeed a lot more than I thought I would. It's really fast, and brimming with nice design touches. Kudos to the devs!
