I have now gone 192 Hours without a cell phone. I do not feel a sense of freedom as promised, only that of anxiety and missed deadlines.

Day 8 of impromptu living without phone experiment: Subject still experiencing withdrawl symptoms and anger. Describing feelings of anxiety and isolation. Will continue to monitor.
