"Possibly, but until I can ask Google where my keys are and the response comes back as "You drunkenly put them in the fridge last night"... I think we are still ok. Actually, that might come in really handy!"

I will make startups that fail. I will start projects that end up different than I expect. I will learn no matter what. As long as I can say that when I am done, it was worth it.

"It is good to hear them come out and say that they don't change the rankings by hand and that there is actually no way to do so. Thumbs up Google."

"The idea of an iPhone killer is absurdist at best. The iPhone, like the iPod, has become a cultural icon. Why? Usability, functionality, love for the logo, etc. A quote from Sun Tzu's 'The Art of War' comes to mind: "When you penetrate deeply into a country, it is serious ground." Basically, Apple has all the carriers and manufacturers running in circles to catch up while they continue to build themselves a cultural empire."

"First of all, you had to see Microsoft entering the multitouch arena. However, their entrance approach is slightly different. Based on the movies, their initial strategy is to start with kiosks and shared computing, not consumer devices such as a phone. This is to be expected as Microsoft has larger placement in the corporate world. On a side note, multitouch is an input method and its impact will change the industry in a similar way the mouse did when it first came out. Now that the technology is available, the innovation is building devices and experiences that use the technology most efficiently. A phone and a tabletop are just the beginning. Watch the popular mechanics video mentioned above. It addresses a concept called "ubiquitous computing". This will most likely be the topic of conversation when Steve Jobs and Bill Gates take the stage together... NOT a spitting contest about who's multitouch launch strategy is best."
