@JonKernPA Agreed! A lot of places will tell you they do Scrum, but are really FAR from ANYTHING remotely agile. :)
egads! A simple find and replace operation just shot eclipse's memory usage into the stratosphere and locked it up. Poor poor Eclipse.

@aaronfreeman well, in the case I was referring to, the client was configuring it for code in another jar to use. Configure it there, imho

@aaronfreeman it feels weird now that I actually had to fight to allow us to use Spring. I got to see how to use it wrong though :)
