Incredible that our instruments are able to not only detect this planet but also know the chemical makeup of the atmosphere and then build simulations to see that it could very well rain rocks.

How is he handling the ride? Every cat I had growing up *hated* riding in a car....thankfully Lilly tolerates it much better and never complained on the 4.5 hour trip to/from my parents.

Thanks to a co-worker I was able to play the FF XIII demo from Japan looking forward to this spring for the final thing (and being able to read the interface onscreen without referring to a translation guide) :)

Cool stuff James! When can we play it?

My current plans are to submit to the app store (free app since its not my original idea) once i have scoring and level transitioning done...then I'll push out updates as I finish the other big items on my list of things to do.

Glad to see its now simultaneous devices and not total downloads.

FWIW I have a kindle and the kindle for iphone and I love it and have never had a problem like this. Furthermore, once I finish the book I don't care if it's still there or not. Anyone who thought that book authors would let amazon make freely downloadable copies of their books available to the world without restriction is smokin' something.

true, and I wasn't posting it because it was a negative thing; as the (updated) article states its simultaneous devices. If it were total downloads I would be a little upset as there is no obvious indication of how many downloads remain; when i was beta testing the iPhone/touch OS 3.0 I had downloaded several books multiple times as I was reformatting the device to put the new OS up.

Come on....there are better things to be doing.

Recently I have had the displeasure of having to deal with our legal system and it is indeed absurdly complex. It is setup in such a way that you're scared into having a ($200-$400 per hour) lawyer to do the simplest things. And it isn't the lawyers' fault, it's the system we've built and encouraged people to exploit.
