The findings are not new, and not limited to women - diversity is extremely beneficial. It's a shame our mental pictures of "leadership" and "manager" and "director" get in the way of diversity being promoted/hired

Nice explanation of Cynefin model. My take-away from this article is that we try too hard to simplify and categorize problems. Changes needed in our organization are not easily known and using "traditional" methods will not necessarily bring us the kinds of changes in culture and in the organization that we need.
