I don't disagree that some (well, most) problems are like that. But given a group of people that are the "we must do something!" types - and I think you'll get the "something". I'd offer the tweet is more about group dynamics and team composition than problem solving.

"Are you an AT&T customer? What’s your customer satisfaction report for the carrier?" My experience has actually been very good. Whenever I've had to deal with AT&T directly it has always been very pleasant. I have to admit to being surprised. Our AT&T service in the RTP area is quite good. Zero issues for me.

Besides getting caught in the middle of a spat between an AT&T store and AT&T corporate - AT&T customer service has always been incredibly responsive to me too. Much, much, much better than what I experienced with Verizon. And light years ahead what I experienced with Sprint. (Though Sprint was over 5 years ago)

@k1v1n gizmo5 + GoogleVoice means completely free (at least inbound I think outbound too in the U.S. If you use gvoice to initiate the call)
I can't get a call to go from GV to my Gizmo5 number so it will verify. Will keep trying.

IIRC - I had to do two. Using the SIP number right? I'm not sure I've ever had gizmo5 running though when I get calls. With the Microcell it's been a little moot. That is, until the Microcell goes out.

The editing dynamics are better - the replies integration is better than mediawiki. But what is incredibly frustrating is that I can't - or I don't know how - to directly link to a wave or a blip. This is the web - where are my deep links?

Well, you can't link to blips (just yet). Waves have URLs. But no one can see them that isn't in Wave, and I'm wondering if it isn't just better to use Wave to do what you suggest? Why send people out of Wave just to bring them back? (It'll be easier once the official groups functionality arrives.)
