"I love that show. Especially the episode where they're investigating the shooting. The entire scene had one word dialog consisting of different inflections of "fuck"."

"I have a right to buy a cheeseburger at the sloppy, greasy drive-thru of my choice. But, oh, what if those pesky teenagers, and perpetual youngsters known as managers all quit the fast food dive. I lose my right to a cheeseburger! They've all quit. My right to a cheeseburger was contingent on their slavery. Damn it."

"Where did I say I expected them to give me a new one? I have home insurance. I don't expect them to give me a replacement, but to work with customers in situations like this."

"I had my house broken into about ten days ago. The thief took my Kindle 2. Customer service was polite in telling me they couldn't do anything other than de-register it. According to the police officer working my case, Apple works with law enforcement to track down stolen laptops all the time. All other companies, like Microsoft (they stole my Xbox 360 too), don't do a thing unless subpoenaed or at least contacted by law enforcement."
