Typical Democratic ploy. Make the alternative sound foolish and speak in generalities about what you're for never giving details. of the plan you support. You just accept anything because it feels good to change the world. Unfortunaely no one has ever got to see the Pelosi plan in print. It May be good, But since it is being hidden I doubt it.

There is currently no plan. Obama is leaving it to congress. The house has a 1000+page bill being considered which scares people who read it. The Senate still is considering things in committee. We have town hall meetings with no "plans" to consider and discuss. This is nuts. What was the Democratic leadership thinking? And Obama wanted a vote before the August recess? FAIL

In education, we have both government-run plans (to be fair, some thriving, some failing) and a flourishing set of private systems. In package delivery, private companies and the USPS coexist quite well. Private security companies exist despite the state-run security apparatus. What data do we have to support the thesis that American businesspeople can't out-innovate the federal bureaucracy?

I don't think anyone will argue that free business won't "out-innovate" the feds, the problem is where free business starts the process by looking for any reason to not pay. I see that as a major issue in need of reform/regulation. I think it reflects poorly on us as a society that we aren't willing to provide care for those who legitimately need it, but we'll pour billions into boner...

I'm using f2p on Windows Mobile 5 and my friends are using it on Japanese cell-phones (different from world standards) so it may not work well with other devices for you. Badly rendered comments? I support marriage equality in that I would prefer that the law recognize no marriages whatsoever. In the past, I've been accused of tacitly supporting the homophobes by promoting such an unrealistic idea, but I stand by my conviction that getting law out of the entire business is the only morally correct thing to do. (I am no hypocrite BTW; I have never been married and have no plans to get married in the foreseeable future, and wouldn't even if I didn't identify as poly.)

Well, my preference would be to go the other way, and scrub the word marriage from all secular law, and make everyone use a robotic legaleaze term that I haven't decided on yet. The laws would simply allow for an ultimate 2-person coupling where tax, custody, property, and fiduciary rules are simplified. But since that ain't going to happen yeah, any adult should be able to name any other single adult to be their one top agent, coparent, tax shelter, and thief of half their stuff should it not work out.

What I do not like about moo cards is that they still do not offer standard (US) biz card sizes! Standard US size is 3.5in x 2in inches, moo does 84mm x 55mm (3.3in x 2.17in). You'd think that with operations in the US they would offer US sizes....

Don't know enough about Cowell to make a value judgement on the man. Sometimes (and I don't know if this is the case with Cowell) the a-hole attitude is a public front. It's possibly the case with Gordon Ramsey, and it certainly is with Ann Robinson - I've been to a recording of 'The Weakest Link' at Pinewood Studios, and she switches 'bitch mode' on and off along with the cameras.

Seriously? This reeks of scripted viral. The show caught (online) fire in '07 with the Paul Potts audition...arguably the hottest shared video of the year. When the show returned last year, there wasn't an act even minutely close to the WOM impact Potts had generated the privious year. Clearly the BGT online buzz strategy for '09... Potts 2.0. #fail
