I miss diary. Eating only veggies, fruit and meat (and NOTHING else) leaves me very hungry.

OK. You should experiment with various rices, then. Ordinary brown rice and wild rice are usually more satisfying than white rice, for example, and if you're feeling adventurous, there are many others to choose from such as black or red rices. - Michael R. Bernstein
