The key is filtering and hiding. Click on any service icon to see other entries like it. For example, go here to see only FriendFeed posts from everybody http://friendfeed.com/public...

I like using Twhirl though - wish Twhirl had an easier-to-use interface

I like Twhirl for Twitter...I think it's the best...but I haven't seen a client that can keep up with the FriendFeed website.
