"Paul: I am removing this picture because there is just too much uncertainty about how you interpret credit under the creative commons. We used the photo under the non-commercial license and linked to the source of the photo, which was flickr. Anything beyond that is outside the definition of the license (the specific license you chose demands the attribution to be to your flickr page, click through and you can read it). Next time we want to use one of the photos you have made available, we will make sure to contact you first in order to establish what sort of arrangements we would need to make. If you are not comfortable with the Creative Commons license, then I recommend you change the licensing on your photos.
