More and more of the people I know (and not just in the IT industry) are working via VPNs over there laptops.. give me some broadband rebate, and some better backup service .. and i think in 5 years its going to be the norm for knowledge workers to be working at home or hotdesking at the office. - Jez Arnold

Intersting.. like to see the costs involved! Always thought there was a market for Home IT Support, but there had to be some sort of expected SLA that is fully agreed to the user. - Jez Arnold

Sorry but there's a difference between an Illegal order and something that you may find immoral. Soldiers may not commit an Illegal Order. Its called the Law of Armed Conflict.. Immoral? that's difficult.. life's a bitch. If you don't agree with it then you shouldn't have joined in the first place - Jez Arnold
Jez, there's a difference between joining voluntarily and being drafted. Thankfully we don't have a draft right now, but think how the "life's a bitch" argument would fail in a draft situation. - Voyagerfan5761

2. Wikipedia: In a few short years, this has become one of the most useful tools ever. It is more useful than regular encyclopedias by an order of magnitude. And it was created by opening things up to the public. Despite massive criticism for this open process, it has worked beautifully. Collaboration works. I couldnt agree more - Jez Arnold

Overnight the company sent us details of the UK launch, in which it was revealed the S10 will cost £319 inc VAT in the UK - more than £100 more for the same device" .. rip off Britain again - Jez Arnold
