We just finished the first season of Weeds. I asked Ben if he wanted to watch True Blood or Mad Men next..."vampires or ad execs?" but we both decided that they were the same thing.

My GF and I just started watching TrueBlood, and it's awesome! Addicted to the books as well. So good.

Jamie, should I read the books first? A friend who is a fan doesn't really like the show because he strongly prefers the books.

I'm reading the books first, and I do prefer them, but the show is really good in it's own right.
