Maybe check your local thrift shops. One near me has a ton of clubs, all sizes for cheap. Even though I suck at golf, I'm considering buying them, getting them refurbished and hitting the driving range. EDIT. I currently have a hodgepodge set with matching irons that are at least 10 years old, and various woods of various ages. I want to get a matching set that includes hybrids. Dave snagged his at a sale at Dick's: buy club X get Y and Z for free, buy club A get B and C for free. Managed to get an entire set plus a new bag for about 50% off retail that way.
