Maybe check your local thrift shops. One near me has a ton of clubs, all sizes for cheap. Even though I suck at golf, I'm considering buying them, getting them refurbished and hitting the driving range. EDIT. I forgot I was only talking in Spanish today: Tal vez comprobar su distribuidor local de las tiendas de ahorro. Una cerca de mí tiene un montón de clubes, todos los tamaños de mano. A pesar de que me chupa en el golf, estoy considerando la compra de ellos, hacer que de golpe y reformado el campo de prácticas.

I currently have a hodgepodge set with matching irons that are at least 10 years old, and various woods of various ages. I want to get a matching set that includes hybrids. Dick's has a Top-Flite set for $199. I'm going to go check that out today or tomorrow. I too suck at golf, but I'm trying to get better.

Dave snagged his at a sale at Dick's: buy club X get Y and Z for free, buy club A get B and C for free. Managed to get an entire set plus a new bag for about 50% off retail that way. Also, there's a chain here called Play It Again Sports that specializes in used sporting equipment: maybe check to see if something similar is near you.
