iphone rev 2.0 will have the ability to levitate on command
- sean percival
@christian - i like throwing twitter in there. all this killer stuff then twitter. you know I love it, but i doubt that would be a main focal point - plus, would jobs okay it with all the downtime woes? imagine him seeing that whale on the big screen :)
- MG Siegler
There will be an app to allow us to view ten seconds into the future!
- Joe Dawson
@sean - is that really a prediction, that's a given
- MG Siegler
It'll have a twitter app, but you're right, there is no way in hell Jobs demos it on stage. It sure would be funny to see how he'd handle a thirty foot whale on the screen :)

I think .Mac will be updated. Hopefully it'll be in my price range (ie it'll be free). @christian @MG Didn't Flickr fail while Jobs was debuting the new Apple TV? He just glossed over it, what a pro!

dotmac update, iphone 2, 10.6 demoed, maybe new laptops
- matthew
two versions of 3g iPhone one with GPS, one without it.

I predict a major "holy crap" factor that ends up not being related to the iPhone. I think Stevie throws a bigtime curveball and blows everyone away with a new device that 'almost' (not quite) completely overshadows iPhone 2. I also predict .Mac becomes Me.com, and Apple also announcing some sort of new software application that's coming soon. (not AppStore)

Like John I think there will be some other major announcement. I think the iPhone will NOT be released today (just not enough evidence saying they've arrived in stores) but will be announced.
- Brandon Titus
Steve Jobs will announce that FriendFeed is acquiring Apple.

iChat AV allowing for iPhone-to-iPhone or iPhone-to-Mac conferencing seems appleish enough

Apple announces the addition of the iCafé to every retail location. The menu will include such items as the iLatté, the iTurkey wrap, and of course the Apple apple iPie. iPhone 3G owners will be able to order directly from their device even from outside the iCafé. The built-in GPS will ensure that the order is not prepared until the patron is within a certain distance of the store. A location based delivery option will be rolled out later this year.
