Open Letter to James C. Mullen, CEO of Biogen - http://dembot.com/post...
I wish you all the luck in getting this and hope permission is granted soon. Is this the same drug being used in this cancer trial here--> http://www.boston.com/busines... - Andrew Leyden
I have re-tweeted. I hope someone that can help gets to see it. Thoughts are with you guys. - alphaxion
@andrew Yes, thats it exactly. - Andrew Baron
Can he qualify for that trial? It seems to be on the East Coast but I'm not sure. You might have more luck pushing for him to be added to the trial, under the rubric of all the legal and drug trial machinations rather than getting it in a one-off instance. Haven't been able to find out who is running that trial directly (i.e. hospital/doctor) but they might have a more sympathetic ear than a CEO. - Andrew Leyden
We asked to be involved in the study, but we also asked to be involved off-study. Biogen denied. - Andrew Baron
Any word? - Alex Williams
Best of luck, Andrew. Keep us posted if possible. - dario
Good luck. My heart really goes out to you. I hope Biogen comes through or a doctor prescribes off-label. Thoughts and prayers.. - Danielle
I spoke with a guy from Biogen in Germany. They assured me that,at least in Germany, the off-label use of tysabris should be allowed.I know this is just a little hope...but perhaps it helps.Good luck. - Joachim

“Question *again*: do you worry about Google knowing too much of what you do online?” - http://friendfeed.com/e...
say "yes" or "no" - Harry Chen
They have a trillion pages indexed. Facebook should worry you more, IMO - Mona Nomura
No, there are more important things to worry about in this world, if it's not Google then its someone else who knows, whatever - Kol Tregaskes from twhirl
No. - Steve Isaacs
A little, but not too much. - Amber, Random Time Lord
I try to spread my participation across a variety of sites so that no single organization gets too complete a picture of me. But I admit Google probably still knows more than might be desirable. - Jill O'Neill
I don't worry about Google as much as I worry about what people can find out about me on Google, if that makes sense. I don't think Google, Inc really cares about me personally to do anything with the data they have for me. But some nefarious person could put together a lot of stuff about me through Google's services. - Fitzgerald Steele
No. - Steve Isaacs
Not as much as what other companies can gain access to in court cases. Google isn't necessarily benevolent, but I don't think it's stupid enough to abuse the data it holds... - Badger Gravling
no. - annaliese from twhirl

TWITTER... and I believe the solution to twitters problems would be to create Micro-Twitters. Each Baby Twitter would have it's own supervisory to protect from social harassment. Thus the problems of overpopulation in the central core would never happen again. It is the perfect solution... it could be rooms in twitter.... but each would have it's very own database. - Noah David Simon
