The Schol Kitchen accidentally published this (http://scholarlykitchen.sspnet.org/2014...), and then unpublished it. I wonder why they changed their mind on this. Maybe they pushed publish on the wrong article, since another post got published today.
I've seen this on some other posts that get published a day or three later. It's gotta be tough to schedule all their posts with all of their contributors, so mistakes like this are bound to happen. - Joe
