We had planned June 10 ... to keep the Wednesday habit but if you guys can't we move it to the following Wednesday, June 17

I would lean towards having only one, in Europe, and use videoconf 4 registered (at a much cheaper rate) who would like to attend but couldn't travel overseas. Just trying 2 b creative here :-)
