Can anyone help with a tech Q about WPD? Reply from Dreamhost says I don't have to do manual install of PHP5, or anything else -- they're set up for it all to work OK on their end. Not getting any response from WPD folks. Feeling a little irritated at Ed Dale at the moment.
What's the problem?

I think Ed is at 40,000 feet in the sky. I think WPD folks are on the wing too. But they have said many times, that their support tickets are the fastest way for them to log in and see who needs what from anywhere.

Jonas, Keywords not showing for Auto Poster. Error 500 when I try to access Admin CP. Tried installing ioncube. Didn't help. Dreamhost sez I don't need that. Any ideas?

good luck getting help from support, I really don't think this is ed's fault though but maybe he can put some pressure on them to work out their bugs and beef up the support

Thx, Kelly. I know it's not Ed's fault. Marty is totally inaccessible. WPD support is a real problem. Such great potential, and they're letting too many balls drop.

don't get me wrong though liz you are totally right, their support team is incapable of solving the most basic issues. It's almost like they bought the script from someone and now they are trying to figure it out or something

My experience with their support was unworkable. When I finally got through they told me to delete my account and start over. At that point I wrote them off. It was an experiment for me anyway, I use the code from Wordpress for all my other sites anyway.

Try "Open mini window". Not a separate application but gives you a smaller window.

There is a mini-window option at the top of the page; I set it up so it's all under my main browser but the pictures -- so my eye catches when it changes. I think of it as a DIY sidebar . . . No word on other options yet.

Yes, click the export button and save to an external file (.csv) that you can open in e.g Excel or Numbers.

As there is no export button in the SEO Competition tab, I've been creating my own Excel spreadsheet - one page for the initial analysis (the export from the Keyword Research tab) of all keywords, and then a separate worksheet for each keyword that I did more research on. Select the data on the SEO Competition chart, copy and paste it into Excel (you'll have to readjust the column headers, though), and then I take a screen shot of the gorgeous chart and paste that below the numbers.

Trouble with flock media bar had to uninstall feedly and twitterbar. Flock is back on my great browser list:)
Pamela: can you please let us know which version of flock you were using and we will create a but to reproduce it: we have a few flock 2.0 users and have not heard of this complaint before. Thanks.

Thank you for the tip! I had the same problem, unable to close the Flock media bar. Uninstalling feedly made the trick so now all is fine again. (Flock 1.2.4)
