Definitely sunny side up, with deft use of a spoon to drizzle some of the hot oil over the top of the eggs to give them that milky finish. And now I am hungry for eggs, with bacon. And toast. And a drop of HP sauce. Hmmmmmmm - Andy Bold from email
Sounds good. I only cook the second side for a few seconds. I try to use as little oil as possible when making eggs. Just enough to keep the pan slippery. But if I have a pan full of bacon grease, then yeah, I will baste the eggs sunnyside up like you say. - Josh Haley
