"Other than saving out new .eprt files from the original models, I would try opening them on a PC. Support for files that old could have changed by now, but you would need to ask SolidWorks."

"Hi, yes, that is the 'Feature Freeze' icon. This keep those features from rebuilding. Enable it in the General System options, then drag it to the level in the Feature Manager where you want to keep features from rebuilding."

"Hi Stef and Sebastian. This can be done in combination with the Pantone (or RAL) color palettes that come with KeyShot and the use of opacity or color maps. Here's just a super quick, 1-minute set-up and screenshot of a my fav Pantone red and brush stroke map applied to the racer body to give it a bit of an conceptual overlay appearance. Of course, you can create textures of your own brush strokes to apply, print and add some extra sketchiness on top or create a Model Set in KeyShot and composite with a photorealistic render."

"Scoured the web to find one too. Either they didn't take photos of that stage or it's 'flat-packed' to the extent that the tires, lights, mirrors and wipers are tossed in the truck bed and shipped :-/"

"My kids are all under 6. The oldest has shown the most interest, picking up Tinkercad pretty quick (having used Sketchup first.) I don't think there needs to be a transition so much. They still play with legos and playdoh, which honestly I think is better at at young age, and will hop over to create something in 3D. Lot's of resources for kids a programming. Scratch from MIT is a recent one I came across. OpenSCAD interface is a cool way to show how geometry changes with the programming."

"Seems more artsy stuff would be the play of the day. spec frames...hmmm. Although, perhaps one of those older patrons photographed in the image above would like a modern looking pair of glasses."
