@IntoMobile my flatmate has a Samsung dumbphone, they are one of the top sellers of cellphones in the world.
@Ihnatko WPA? That poster is insecure and obsolete. You should get a WPA2+AES poster.
@daveizzle I want to tell you that this tragedy, although I do not know you, has inspired me to do good deeds in your sister's behalf.
@robpegoraro I had a punchline, but I lost it when my hard-drive crashed.
@sil the plugin has improved, or at least the version included in Adium (OS X Aquified Pidgin) has improved.
Another example of what is wrong with DRM, curtsey of Microsoft http://tech.slashdot.org/story... (via @slashdot)
@RussB Amazon reviewers say that can't be played on XBox Live despite the logo on the box
@GlennF anyone who knows someone with a Blackberry on AT&T's network in NYC knows there's something wrong with the NYT's story.
@jsnell hiding behind wanting to not lose job for a silly tweet = NOTFAIL. :)
@jsnell if anything, you've shown more integrity by obeying the terms of the NDA than someone who's a jerk about what you chose to tweet.
Is going to see Uncle Paul
@carolw I think we agree that people need to treat each other better...
@carolw I do not feel that I have stereotyped Reform, and you do not feel you have stereotyped Haredim. So we're even. ;)
@carolw by both
@carolw If you read the Talmud, the "defenders of the cities" are not the soldiers, they are the ones who sit and learn. Israel is protected
@carolw I saw no attempt to avoid stereotyping Charedim. My Rabbi also has a job, Charedi tourist who was hated has cost Israel no tax money
@carolw so the hate is either due to the stereotypes, or for some other reason.
@carolw Israeli Generals (chiloni ones) have said they don't want the Charedim in the army, because they aren't readily absorbable
@carolw OK, I'm probably wrong. Reform Rabbis aren't that principled, they probably only are complaining about their kavod
@carolw it would be great if Reform and Conservative could do it according to halacha. Until then, what's there to unite about?
@carolw the reason for this friction is that the Charedim won't let the Chilonim leave the Jewish people, as much as they want to!
@carolw how could they do it according to halacha when the whole purpose was to be an "alternative" for performing mixed marriages? Would
@carolw also they really not recognize non-halachic divorces performed by their own members?
@carolw if you knew what the Talmud says about the protection afforded Israel by full-time Torah scholars, you wouldn't complain about #1/#2
@carolw these large families are one of the few things, besides an influx of Russians, that are keeping Israel from being majority Arab
@fraserspeirs is there anything the iPhone can't do? Type well? ;-)
@carolw I don't think this Rabbi is exaggerating, I know another Chasid who visited Israel, but only once, because of the hate from chilonim
@WhitsonGordon if you use DoubleTwist, you can sync almost any phone, including Droid and Pre, with your iTunes library, if you have one.
