Here's an idea so simple, surely something like it exists: an information store where information and data are sold. It is specifically good for timely information, secrets, police tipoffs, biz intel., speeches, exams, news-worthy footage, or information limited to only 1-2 copies. If the seller believes the information will leak into the PD, they can increase the price, have a condition attached (not good for anonymous buyers), or just not sell it. The site runs an escrow service and must be legal. - Adrian
