"They'll be opening in a week or so. Keep an eye on updates from http://Facebook.com/SocialR... when the training opens it will only be for an hour...so you'd better act fast =)"

"If you signed up for the training on Facebook through the Official Real Estate Referral group you will receive an email with all the info you need. This particular training is different then the one you signed up for Pat."

"Hey Pat, There was a slight glitch in the system. If you signed up you should have received a second email with the correct link. If you don't get it, let me know and I'll take care of it."

"Yep, same reason I use it Naomi. It's like any other network, if you're there half heartedly they will know. When I was testing the platform a bit more I found that commenting and interacting in the community got me twice as many page views."

"I use Active Rain specifically because it's not indexed by Google. I syndicate all my blog posts over there to get more eyes on my content. It helps to build my credibility as well as push traffic, so it's not a complete waste. I'm in a different business than most REALTORs, so what works for me may not work for them. I think blogging in general is the right direction to go anyways. People should be using a platform like wordpress to get their name out there. Looking forward to an invite to your next presentation."

"I would actually take warm friending a little further. What you've described Drew is actually a cold friend request. Warm friending is more like getting involved in a conversation with other people, realizing you have common interest, and then organically becoming friends. The difference seems slight, but in reality it's quite different. In a warm friend request you've already spoken, established rapport, and naturally take it to the next level."
